collectd-sensubility doesn't work in OSP16.2 because the container version in OSP16.2 is older than in OSP16.1

16.2 sensubility does not understand the fact, that it should connect to QDR.

It happens because OSP16.2 uses an older version of collectd-sensubility container where this issue is taken care of.

16.2 container version -  collectd-sensubility-0.1.5-3.el8ost.src.rpm
16.1z6 container version - collectd-sensubility-0.1.8-1.el8ost.src.rpm
