Description of problem:
Noticed some translation-only bugs in Sprint 201 files, outlined below:

JA:

console-shared__console-shared.po (a.k.a console-shared for QE)
* "You can always bring these getting started resources back into view by clicking Show getting started resources in the page heading.": "ページ見出しの Show getting started resources をクリックして、常にこれらのスタートアップリソースをビューに戻すことができます。", - "Show getting started resources is left untranslated, but is translated in the UI as "Show getting started resources": "スタートアップリソースの表示". The user should be given the Japanese text instead.

console-app__console-app.po (a.k.a console-app.json for QE)
* "Cluster operators": "クラスター Operator ", - space after translation

All (ZH, JA, KO):

kubevirt-plugin__kubevirt_plugin.po (a.k.a kubevirt-plugin.json for QE)
* "Pause" is translated into the target language in each case, but "pause" is not. Is that intentional?

Issue for zh should have been fixed in sprint 202

It looks like all ja and zh items are fixed in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/9135/files. Ko was not addressed.

Korean also fixed this in the newest sprint.

This issue has been fixed and verified on payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-07-04-112043
Follow upon listed file, translation issue is fixed
