Description: Adds String based inflections for Rust. Snake, kebab, camel, sentence, class, title and table cases as well as ordinalize, deordinalize, demodulize, foreign key, and pluralize/singularize are supported as both traits and pure functions acting on String types.

- Package is an dependency for ouroboros and required upcoming release of python-cryptography
- Crate does not include license file.
- The name of the Rust crate starts with an uppercase *I*.

 - Please ask upstream to include a license file in their crate, and link the bug report in the SPEC in the meantime

 - License ok
 - Latest version packaged
 - Builds in mock
 - No rpmlint errors
 - Conforms to Packaging Guidelines
