Description of problem: PyQt5 applications print out "QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread" when executed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.15.0-8.fc34 How reproducible: Always happens on my system. Steps to Reproduce: Execute the following Python code. import sys from PyQt5.QtWidgets import QApplication, QLabel app = QApplication(sys.argv) label = QLabel('Hello World!') label.show() sys.exit(app.exec()) Actual results: The terminal shows "QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread" when the program starts. Expected results: Nothing should be printed.
I get the same warning on Fedora 35 with OpenSSH and pushing to Github. (Wayland) It produces a popup to enter user and passphrase.
