[5.0] - Changes to Administration guide Missing Ceph orch commands for process, management of ceph. Logs related and rotation related content needs to be added in 5.0

@Amrita, Along with log related info. We need to include ceph orch commands for service restart/stop/start and all these needs to be captured in admin guide as well. Host operation related basically. We see only systemctl commands in admin guide. Lets include host operation via orch commands. The BZ was to add the missing contents which can be done via orch commands when compared to 4.x

Amrita, I have no access to: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/5/html-single/administration_guide/index?lb_target=preview#managing-ceph-keyrings I get a a nice and big ASCII 404 drawing ... So I cannot compare that part with the one we have in upstream: https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/cephadm/operations/#client-keyrings-and-configs The only thing I can say to you is that the functionality explained in upstream (CLIENT KEYRINGS AND CONFIGS) IS NOT INCLUDED in RHCS5 although it is available in Pacific (merged 4 May)
