this bug doesn't block OCP4.8.0 -release -  the fix will be delivered the the ACM channel on the AI-operator add verified then

Infraenv status shows creation timestamp: 
oc get infraenvs.agent-install.openshift.io sno-0 -n sno-0 -o json | jq '.status.createdTime'
"2021-07-05T11:52:33Z"

The timestamp is updated when the ISO is regenerated:
oc get infraenvs.agent-install.openshift.io sno-0 -n sno-0 -o json | jq '.status.createdTime'
"2021-07-05T11:59:50Z"
