Description of problem:
The tooltip of assistant is actually the one from linguist, it tells the user
assistant is used to add translations to qt applications...

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qt4 4.1.4-1

Expected results:
assistant tooltip should be something like "shows qt4 documentation and examples"

Additional info:
this "bug" has been here for several qt4 updates
