We believe we need information from the Node team to ultimately resolve and support this bug.

To summarize -- the only thing that could be done in the context of this bug is adding some sort of a warning to high-level tools GUI/CLI, telling that exec probes might be impossible for containers that are CPU bound and have RT tasks.

Otherwise this bug should be closed.
