Description of problem:
We need to remove cluster_id from the metrics we are sending to Prometheus because it causes overloading by assisted-installer pods and scraped by Prometheus.

this bug doesn't block OCP4.8.0 -release -  the fix will be delivered the the ACM channel on the AI-operator add verified then
