"dummy.com" is currently used in clusters that do not have a default telemeter server (like integration, local deployment, etc). Given that the domain is registered by someone somewhere, this is a potential for leaking data that should not be leaving local environments. As per conventions, we should be using ".invalid" or ".example" TLDs
