Description of problem:
When we have more than one migration plan ready to be executed, only one of them will be executed, no matter if we trigger the other one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 empty namespaces in source cluster

oc new-project test-1
oc new-project test-2

2. Create a migration plan for every namespace.

3. In the migration plan screen, click on the test-1 migplan kebab and execute the  migration plan for test-1 namespace (click on Migrate).

4. In the migration plan screen, click on the test-2 migplan kebab and execute now the other migration plan, the one for test-2 namespace (click on Migrate).

Actual results:
The result is that steps 3 and 4 triggered both the same migration plan.

Expected results:
Step 3 should trigger test-1 migplan, and step 4 should trigger test-2 migplan.
