Description of problem:


I'd like to get hsxkpasswd into EPEL8.  This is required as a dependency of  perl(Math::Random::Secure).  Would you be willing to build for EPEL8?  If no, you could add me (orion) as an admin and I could request and build the branch.  Thanks.
