Checked with:
OSP RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20210426.n.0
OCP 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-06-26-014854

Saw the following in the kuryr controller logs:
2021-07-01 09:42:22.159 1 WARNING kuryr_kubernetes.controller.drivers.nested_vlan_vif [-] Subport 3a4d92b1-8864-466f-8767-c2fe7c916cdf is in DOWN status for more than 128 seconds. This is a Neutron issue. Attempting to reattach the subport to trunk fcbaed57-dc02-4255-ad4f-54ef6581e7ee using VLAN ID 2097 to fix it.: kuryr_kubernetes.exceptions.ResourceNotReady: Resource not ready: VIFVlanNested(active=False,address=fa:16:3e:97:fe:9b,has_traffic_filtering=False,id=3a4d92b1-8864-466f-8767-c2fe7c916cdf,network=Network(9038f64e-28c3-4764-85ff-74f8d4ab38b6),plugin='noop',port_profile=<?>,preserve_on_delete=False,vif_name='tap3a4d92b1-88',vlan_id=2097)
