Description of problem:

Mismatches between upstream tarball locations for URL and Source0 targets in RPM specfile were detected when working on rpminspect run output.

Stop using fedoraproject.org as location for tarballs; we'll generate tarballs when doing a gitlab release; also done when pushing git source to kernel.org.
