Cause: We were missing many translations for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean in 4.8. Consequence: Poor user experience. Fix: Added translations to release. Result: Bug is fixed.

Waiting for backport to merge. Work is already done.

Raising severity to high as a number of translating will be missing in 4.8.z until this merges.
