+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1973200 +++

kubevirt images are not shipping as part of 4.8 GA, they have been moved to 4.9

ART is removing image kubevirt-machine-controllers from the payload, all the references need to be removed before we drop it from the payload.
