Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Insights recommendations are not listed for old hosts after upgrading satellite to 6.9.3 snap 3.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- Satellite 6.9.3 snap 3
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-3.0.22-1.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
- Tried upgrade only one time right now

Steps to Reproduce:
- Install Satellite 6.9.2 (foreman_rh_cloud-3.0.18)
- Register a satellite host with insights
- Sync insights recommendations
- Upgrade it to Satellite 6.9.3 snap 3 (foreman_rh_cloud-3.0.22)
- Go to Configure > Insights
- Insights recommendations are not listed anymore
- Try syncing Insights recommendations again

Actual results:
- Insights recommendations are not listed anymore.

Expected results:
- Insights recommendations are shown for both old and freshly registered host.

Additional info:
- Insights recommendations are shown for freshly registered host with upgraded satellite and insights. 
- Recommendations are not listed for old host only.

I was not able to reproduce this issue second time.
dropping the flags, but would like to keep this bz open for some time.

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.10.0 snap 12
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-4.0.25.1-1.el7sat.noarch

Test steps:
- Install Satellite 6.9.5 snap 1
- Register a satellite content host with insights
- Sync insights recommendations
- Upgrade Satellite to Satellite 6.10.0 snap 12
- Go to Configure > Insights

Observation:
- Insights recommendations are shown for both old and freshly registered host.

resolution of ERRATA.
