Description of problem:
After installing OCS on OCP, from web-console, a new tab named "overview" displayed under Storage menu, but it is only for "OpenShift Container Storage Overview", user will be confused with the sub title and get the incorrect info.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OCP
2. From operator hub, install the OCS
3. Check the web-console -- Storage -- overview

Actual results:
The page shows the "OpenShift Container Storage Overview", and the url redirect 
to ***.openshift.com/ocs-dashboards

Expected results:
The sub menu should be renamed as it only shows the "OpenShift Container Storage Overview". Like "OCS Info" or "OCS dashboard" or consult with OCS team.

I re-tested with OCP 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-28-211203. The sub-menu is Openshift Data Foundation as expected per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1973585#c13
