Description Roman Makurin 2021-06-18 22:05:31 UTC
Description of problem:

0. Install fedora34 on laptop.
1. Login to gnome desktop
2. plug-in into 3.5mm jack headphones
3. lock screen
4. after screen has been locked sound output switch to laptop spkeakers
5. unlock screen
6. sound still on laptop speakers, I dont know, even sound output switch is ok(?), its not switched back to headphones. This is really annoying thing

The same scenario will be with any external soundcard, like connect any usb soundcard, and after screen lock, sound output goes to default output(integrated soundcard), and you manually must switch it back everytime when screen lock happens! Such thing happens really frequently(every time you lock screen, by default every 5 mins)

Im using fedora 34 with all latest updates.
