Description of problem:
A dotted yellow line which shows the total request is missing on CPU and Memory chart on utilization section on Project page

Steps for Reproduce:
1. Login OCP with administrator, navigate to Home -> Projects page
2. Use ‘openshift-apiserver’ as project name, navigate to it’s Overview page
3. Find Utilization section on the overview page
4. Verify if a orange dotted line which for shown the total request of CPU and Memory is shown on CPU and Memory chart 

Expected results:
A dotted yellow line which shows the total request is able to find on CPU and Memory chart on utilization section on Project page

Actual results:
Dotted yellow line is missing on CPU a
