oc logs rook-ceph-osd-1-78c6f7bc67-p7mwd -c encryption-kms-get-kek has no output after osd are up.

I don't understand the bug state, if it doesn't satisfy your expectations then please move it to ASSIGNED(FailedQA), if it satisfies then mark it VERIFIED.

MODIFIED means when the downstream PR is merged.

Please elaborate. They BZ is for not having logs and the fix is not having logs? Sorry I failed to understand from the info here how this is the expected behavior
