+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1975218 +++

Description of problem:

Currently the String constants used for the conditions of the CRDs are not in the CRD types go file, but in a different file.

Adding the constants to the CRD definition will make it easy for future integration that will import the CRD go files as a Go library.
