when navigating to virtualization/~new to create a VM through YAML there is a 404 error

blocker - it's only on 4.8

Gilad checked that it's working on 4.8, but you opened it on 4.8

Guohua hi, can you sync with Gilad to see if it's 4.8 or 4.9 ?
