Description of problem:
Laptop lid shut and system went to suspend. When laptop lid opened, there was only a blank screen - although keyboard lights were on. Had to hard reboot.

Thank you for your bug report.

Unfortunately this is a long standing issue with TPM support on the XPS 13 9310, upstream is looking into this.
