Description of problem:
baremetal-operator fails to build in Brew, as a dependency is attempted to get fetched from the network:

Error: go [-e -json -compiled=true -test=false -export=false -deps=true -find=false -tags ignore_autogenerated -- ./...]: exit status 1: go: github.com/stretchr/testify.0: Get "https://proxy.golang.org/github.com/stretchr/testify/@v/v1.7.0.mod": dial tcp 142.250.65.81:443: connect: connection refused

@jdelft how does this build differ from https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/packageinfo?packageID=71685
can you compare the 2 build commands? I don't know where to find the brew job definitions.
