Description of problem:

A recent build of samba introduced a runtime dependency on liburing, which is shipped in AppStream.  samba is a BaseOS component and BaseOS components cannot depend on non-BaseOS content at runtime.  This will potentially cause installation and migration issues for customers, and will force liburing to be ACG 2 if not corrected.

Is there a way to package the vfs_io_uring module separately, so that it can be shipped in AppStream with liburing?
