Description of problem:
When staying in the “Migration details” page, clicking “F5” to refresh the web page, will always get a “Failed to fetch debug ref: Request aborted” message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a empty project in source cluster
oc new-project ocp-test
2. Create migplan for this project
3. Trigger the migration
4. during migration running or after migration finished, click “Migration plans'' column in “Migration plan” page of current migplan, went to the “Migrations'' page, then click “Migration” to go to the “Migration details'' page. 
 5  Clikc “F5” to refresh the webpage

Actual results:
Got a prompt message “Failed to fetch debug ref: Request aborted” 

Expected results:
It should not print such a message.
