+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1975093 +++

As a user I can easily get my concerns about data privacy answered by seeing a link to and visiting https://cloud.redhat.com/security/insights/ so that I am comfortable proceeding with enabling Cloud Connector.

Test steps:
- Go to Configure > Inventory upload

Observation:
- Text "For more information about Insights and Cloud Connector read Red Hat Insights Data and Application Security" 
with link pointing to https://console.redhat.com/security/insights/ is shown on page
