We currently enable SPICE by default but we should rather change the default to VNC only

After some discussion, it make more sense to default every new created VM to VNC.

We thought of adding and defaulting virtio-vga but we will default to standard VGA.
In BZ 2038694 we will introduce virtio-vga. Which won't require any driver (mostly from windows) for higher resolution.

QXL has been deprecated in favor of VGA which means VNC is now used for new VMs
