Description of problem:
cluster and host conditions are not aligned and ReadyForInstallation is not clear after the installation have finished.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install SNO cluster
2. Look at agent conditions 

Actual results:
('ReadyForInstallation', 'False') 

Expected results:
('RequirementsMet', 'true')
