Description of problem:
kernel-4.18.0-318.el8 revdep OSCI test failed due to what seems to be a NetworkManager sanity-test suite failure. Not sure if that's in the NetworkManager code itself or on its test suite.

How reproducible:
Seen in one kernel reverse dependency test so far.

The hook-error points to a mistake in our tests and not in the NetworkManager but Filip will know better. I am setting Filip to as QA Contact. He will be back tomorrow to investigate.

The mentioned error is because setup of the test failed (HOOK-ERROR means error before or after the actual test, in this case before). I think this might be related to openssl version increase, which removes MD4 cipher and so our setup for 8021x tests fails. We did not manage to fix the testsuite yet. 

Here is the tracker for rhel9, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1975718 . I do not know if we have tracker for rhel8, I will check tomorrow.

Indeed, it is a bug in our testsuite, MR is ready, when it gets merged, I will close this.

This is reported and treated as selinux-policy bug, however NetworkManager-CI already contains workaround so tests should pass now.
