Description of problem:

Need to support scenario where the user reboot the same host with a different ISO generated from a new infraenv on the same namespace.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. CD1 + ACI1 + InfraEnv1
2. boot host with image from InfraEnv1
3. Create CD2 + ACI2 + InfraEnv2 in same namespace
4. boot same host with image from InfraEnv2

Actual results:

The Agent CR will not be updated with the new CD and internal cluster ID

Expected results:
The Agent CR will be updated with the new CD and internal cluster ID
