python-pkginfo fails to build with Sphinx 4.0.2 in Fedora 35 (currently Rawhide).

Configuration error:
There is a syntax error in your configuration file: invalid syntax (conf.py, line 176)

You can test you package using Koji scratch build
koji build --scratch <srpm>
