Adding support for controlling panel backlights over the DP AUX channel on certain laptops featuring hybrid Intel/Nvidia GPU setups, so that the backlight may be controlled while the laptop is in discrete mode. Previously, laptops with backlights using DP AUX for backlight control could only control their backlights while operating in Hybrid mode.

This bug is for adding support for controlling the DPCD backlights on some hybrid GPU laptops with nvidia GPUs while said laptops are in Discrete GPU mode.
