showing 2 KRunner groups in the list

The shortcuts for my KRunner have seemingly been reset but not exactly. The setting is still there but there are now 2 groups for KRunner inside of the Shortcuts portion of System Settings.

I am not sure exactly how to reproduce the issue because I am not totally sure what caused it but I suspect it has something to do with the multiple groups for KRunner in System Settings

One of the KRunner groups has the shortcuts set but the other has them empty and based on the Icon of the empty group I assume thats where they are suppose to be in order to work.

I can confirm that it did work for many months using Fedora KDE Plasma prior so this is a recent issue within a couple of weeks.
