We have completed Octavia scale testing and we no longer have the environment to test patch https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/neutron/+/803034.

Do You maybe at least have complete config of the neutron server which You used in that environment?

Thanks @Slawek,
This bug is reported by us earlier and we couldn't test the patch. Now we running scale tests and see high memory usage and tried the patch.
Still Terry is investigating this issue. Once he confirms it is a OVN issue, then I will raise a new bug.
