Description of problem: This is a follow-up of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1976088#c17. As a part of decommissioning a storage domain, users migrates all the disks and removed the SD from RHV-M. The lease volume is not migrated automatically when a user migrates a disk and they usually miss changing it manually. Although there is a warning in the events, it gets unnoticed. I think it would be great if there is a pop-up warning asking the user to confirm the removal of the storage domain when it still has a lease for VMs that are having disks in other SDs. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rhvm-4.4.6.8-0.1.el8ev.noarch Steps to Reproduce: [1] Create a VM with the lease. [2] Move the disk to another storage domain. [3] Detach and remove the storage domain. There is only an audit log event that gets unnoticed.
The warning message was added at the storage domain removal window. It can be verified with the steps listed above.
Verified Got the warning message in the "Detach Storage" window while removing the domain, that was set as the lease volume, after moving the VM's disk. Version 4.5.0.1-601.f26e9ea8cac5.3.el8ev vdsm-4.50.0.10-1.el8ev.x86_64
