Fix VM.usbEnabled and NICProfile.properties (custom properties) needed by the validation rules.

For USB validation:
Please check VM with USB enabled on RHV side, and check MTV UI validation warnings contain  a warning on the USB not being supported.

For Vnic profile validation:
Please check VM with vnic profile configured for host device passthrough/custom properties/a network filter/port mirroring, and check MTV UI validation warnings contain a warning on this being not supported.

USB warning from the UI ( under VM name from the VM selections ) : 
     USB support enabled: The VM has USB support enabled, but USB devices are not currently supported by OpenShift Virtualization. The VM will not be migrated.

Network warning from the UI ( under VM name from the VM selections ) :
     NIC with network filter detected: The VM is using a vNIC Profile configured with a network filter. These are not currently supported by OpenShift Virtualization.
