Nandini, can you share the cluster where this is happening, or a copy of the Plan CR that is succeeded and showing up incorrectly?

Jeff, is it possible for a plan to have both the Ready and the Succeeded conditions? I would imagine we only want Ready on plans that can be migrated / re-migrated.
