The issue in this bug is that the inventory doesn't reach the validation service with the correct URL. The consequence is that all the RHV VMs have no concern reported. With the fix, the concerns for RHV VMs will be populated. So, to verify this bug, simply check that a RHV VM with know "issue" correctly reports concerns in the inventory.
An example on how to validate this bug: Pick a VM that has a validation warning, like a RHV "Migratable" VM.
Verified on MTV build 2.1.0-48 / IIB 97916 Validation steps: Selected a VM and can see the validation warning.
