Description of problem:
The oathtool package in EPEL is out of date.  The version available in EPEL is 2.6.2 which was released in August 2016.  The latest version of 2.6.7 was released in May 2021

2.6.2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'yum info oathtool'
2. Version listed is 2.6.2
3. Compare version with packages available at https://www.nongnu.org/oath-toolkit/NEWS.html

Actual results:
Returns version number 2.6.2

Expected results:
A more recent version should be available.  Preferably the latest release (2.6.7 as of this writing)

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
