This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

The build chroot setup for python-setuptools-rust-0.12.1-2.el9 fails with this error:

DEBUG util.py:444:  No matching package to install: 'python3dist(semantic-version) >= 2.6'
DEBUG util.py:444:  Not all dependencies satisfied

The package was removed from RHEL 9 / C9S without considering that a buildroot-only package depends on it:

Tomas Orsava recommended that I replace "semantic_version" dependency with "packaging". I filed upstream PR https://github.com/PyO3/setuptools-rust/pull/157 and will backport the fix to C9S.
