Looks like there's no Bodhi update yet?  We should build in Fedora first still I think as a general rule.

I am also a bit uncertain about all of the RHEL cycles here; I see no reason not to ship this for R9Beta, but it also doesn't seem required either.

The Fedora update is pending review at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ostree/pull-request/21, and a scratch build there was fine.

The RHEL9 ticket is at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1981859, so yes I was planning to land this update there too.

Installed ostree on  rhel-guest-image-8.5-878.x86_64.qcow2

No issues found.
