Steps to verify:
 Navigate to the web console pages where dynamic plugin loads
 Notice the time taken for the http requests in the chrome dev tools network tab.

  Now the timeout is changed to 120 seconds, moving to VERIFIED but will monitor to see if timeout happens in later testing before 120 secs.
