Translation and i18nization is missing

Description of problem:
1. On navigation of Serverless - Eventing - Brokers - Add Trigger, "Add Trigger" title showing partial translation, where as translation is present for the same in files 

2. Elements 'Filter', 'Attribute' and 'Value' are not pseudolocalized.

Translation should present and should be i18nized

Verified on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-07-25-125326

"Attribute" is not yet translated, but pseudo translation shows that it is prepared for translation.
