Description of problem:
Customer has a cluster-wide proxy configured with several noProxy hosts. 
Everything works fine, but authentication-operator initializes connection to the url through the http-proxy instead of ingress.

How reproducible:
Very.

Actual results:
Authentication-operator tries to connect through the cluster-wide proxy.

Expected results:
The operator authentication-operator initializes connection through the ingress.

The authentication operator does that in order to check whether the proxy configuration is set up properly.
