Description of problem:
Most of virtual Beaker machines has no sound device. Gnome Control Center Sound shows "Dummy Output" on ppc64le and aarch64. They have one audio slider with a speaker icon in the system menu (i.e. menu opened when top panel is clicked on the right end).
Unlike other arches, s390x has no items in Gnome Control Center Sound, there are 2 audio sliders in the system menu, while the first slider has no icon and the second one has a microphone icon.

1. Reserve an s390x machine with clean RHEL 8 installation in Beaker
2. Run Gnome desktop (e.g. via vncserver)
3. Connect to the running Gnome desktop (e.g. via vinagre)
4. Open system menu (i.e. click top right-hand corner)
Actual results:
- There are 2 audio sliders in the system menu,
- The first slider has no icon
- The second slider has a microphone icon.
Expected results:
- There should be zero or one audio sliders.
- Every slider should have an icon.
