Reproduce the bug on rhel8.4.z:

Version:
qemu-kvm-5.2.0-16.module+el8.4.0+11721+c8bbc1be.3
kernel-modules-4.18.0-321.el8.x86_64

Steps and results:
# qemu-storage-daemon --nbd-server addr.type=fd,addr.str=4
qemu-storage-daemon: socket_get_fd: too many connections: Invalid argument

Verified the bug as below:

Steps and results:
# qemu-storage-daemon --nbd-server addr.type=fd,addr.str=4
qemu-storage-daemon: File descriptor '4' is not a socket
