Go to images --> Check the Disk format column header name 2. Go to instances --> Launch instance --> Select Boot source images 3. Check the disk format header name in the displayed image list Actual results: The column name is 'Type' instead of 'Disk format' Expected results: The column name should be 'Disk format'. In CLI the column is also called 'disk_format' Additional info: RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20210713.n.0
