 - Exclude benches by patching Cargo.toml

Please regenerate the .spec file with rust2rpm 20 before building this package for Fedora.

This isn't necessary, the files are not used in Fedora at all. In some cases, it might even break the build if they're referenced explicitly in Cargo.toml [[bench]] sections.

But if you want the maintenance overhead of a patch, that's up to you.
